Eva Petropoulou Lianou: “Summer Love”

Every Sunday morning
I was waiting patiently
Near the harbour
To see the boats coming from their long journey

I was so happy to find
dear friends
Marin
That they knew so much about the secrets of the sea

One day an old phiserman tell me a story about the friendship of a dog and a dolphin

The dolphin was founded half dead in the beach untill a straight dog that passing
Find him and Start to barg and push the dolphin back to the sea
Hours passed
And the dog pushing and pushing the
dolphin to the sea

Suddenly the dolphin start to move his tail and started to swim with the dog
The two friends started to play and stay in the water until late…
In the early morning the dolphin give a Push to the dog with his tail and he left for the grand ocean.
Every year in August the Dolphin come back to visit his friend.
Every year there is that beautiful summer love that never ends…

Sun
Summer Love
Sea blue
I see your face in the surface

Moon
Romantic nights
I leave
With my tender heart

Like a teenager
I feel
My stomach
Full of butterflies

Always remember my French kiss
In a sandy beach in corsica

Summer Love
Forever
In my heart
Will stay
As my secret treasure

A bird build his nest
A tertle move with her house
everywhere

An ant
is passing through the anemones
And i sing a lullaby

My summer love
My summer love
We were childrens

We were walking
Under the stars

My summer love
My summer love

There was the years of hapiness
Of freedom
Of innocence

What happened our tender heart?
What happened to our smile?
What happened to our generosity?

This world has no place for love
I am looking in the old album of family photo
to catch the happy memories
to smell the old parfum of kindness
To see my eyes when i was a newborn
To discover my inner self

Summer Love
Summer Love
My only beautiful moments
When the sun touch the sea
in the most beautiful Aegean island

I will keep this memory as the image of a
Couple that fell in love for the first time.

We were leave with hope
that sun will always shines for us
