The Poet soars above like an eagle
Develops an observing bird’s eye view
Showing the true world view so certain
Like a Yogi looking from the top of a mountain
Poet must gaze in like a divine sage
Cultivating skills of keen observation and kind praise
A poet needs to be and become
An eye of all seeing wise Mage
With humility and immensely deep gratitude
Must develop the honest inner altitude
The aspirant Poet of New Age
Must have an Integral wisdom craze
A burning passion to integrate
All existential and experiential knowledge
Preforming divination of information into living wisdom
For developing an image of heavenly earth kingdom
Employing 10 dimension of human thought’s core
Thus, making poet’s words potent for meaning more
Behold my dear brethren
Heed it with care and concern
Without an ocean of universal empathy in his heart
The poet is like a mannequin in a city mart
The poet without love for life giving earth and humanity
A poet not moved to tears by human suffering and poverty
He is neither a poet nor a sage
Nor a humanitarian alchemist mage
But, he is out on the street like a greedy opportunist
Seeking own glory and self praising narcissist
