How Shall I Love You

My beloved
How shall I love you?
I love you across the karmic cycles of past and present lives.

My beloved
How shall I love you?
I love you through the tunnels of time and space.

My beloved
How shall I love you?
I love you across parallel universes.

My beloved
How shall I love you?
I love you across all realms of the Dharma.

My beloved
How shall I love you?
I love you through thick darkness and mist.

My beloved
How shall I love you?
I love you past the gaze of mortal prejudice.

My beloved
How shall I love you?
I love you across the barriers of time and space.

My beloved
How shall I love you?
I love you across the vast crowd of the world.

My beloved
How shall I love you?
I love you through the longing in your eyes.

Though countless barriers stand in the way
Though the cosmos be primal and dim
My love is light, lightning, fire, cloud…
I cross all bounds
and love you with all my being.

Until we turn together into a wisp of love and light upon the star chart
To reorder sun and moon
Restart the wheel of time
Awaken the path of love.

Let quantum threads intertwine forever
Let karmic bonds hold fast for all time
Let our love merge as one eternally
—Never shall we part.
