THE ALBANIAN LITERATURE ASSOCIATION “FAN NOLI” STOCKERAU – AUSTRIA chose as its personality – “Man of the Year” – Professor Fali Ndreka.
Professor Fali Ndreka represents one of the most complete figures of Albanian letters in the contemporary space, worthy of being ranked alongside the prominent personalities of Albanian and European literature. He is a poet, publicist and thinker with a broad and sustainable activity, which transcends national borders and penetrates the international arena.
With a complete educational background in pedagogy and higher studies in Tirana, as well as preparation in Theology-Philosophy, he has built a rare intellectual profile. His experience as a teacher of Language and Literature in Debar, accompanied by an early commitment to journalism and journalism, have shaped him as a powerful and respected voice in the world of the written word. His work includes seven published books, among which the poetic works “On the Path of Life” and “The Waves of Life” stand out, as well as publications of a philosophical and aphoristic nature.
He is the author of over 250 poems and a series of articles published in national and international media. His work has been translated and included in magazines and anthologies in many countries around the world, making him a dignified representative of Albanian culture in the global arena. As a creator, he has been awarded numerous international awards and has been honored with the title of “Ambassador of Peace” in several countries, for his universal messages that he conveys through art and speech. His activity in Italy and Europe is intense, as a publicist, editor and organizer of cultural activities, contributing to the integration and affirmation of the Albanian community in European cultural life.
His selection as “Person of the Year 2026” by our Association is not only an appreciation for his rich work, but also an expression of gratitude for his continuous dedication to the Albanian Literature Association “Fan Noli”. Professor Fali Ndreka has always been there for us with valuable advice, concrete suggestions and full willingness to cooperate. He has demonstrated a high spirit of bilateral cooperation between our organization and the cultural structures where he operates, opening bridges of communication and interaction in the service of Albanian culture and literature.
His willingness to contribute, to share experience and to support our activities makes him a valuable partner and a respected figure in our community. For all these reasons – for his work, dedication, cooperation and all-round contribution – Professor Fali Ndreka fully deserves this high title and special appreciation from our Association.
