I Am With You – In the Name of Love

My dear
I know all your fragility
I know all your alarm
I know all your fear
I know all your torment
I know all your loneliness
I know all your unspoken sorrows

My dear
Do not worry
Do not be afraid
Where your heart turns
Where your gaze reaches
Where your steps wander
— I am with you

I wish to be your sanctuary of love when your heart is fragile
I wish to be the lighthouse guiding you through darkness
I wish to be the gentle realm that soothes your soul
I wish to be the sunrise that brightens the damp corners of your heart
I wish to be the bright moon you gaze upon, when you miss beneath the night sky
I wish to be the quiet stars that stay beside you when loneliness comes.

I wish to be the spring breeze wrapping you amid blooming flowers
I wish to be the fragrant breath you inhale, sweet and pure
I wish to be the summer dew, sweet upon your palm
I wish to be the winter snow, pure and soft upon your lips
I wish to be the source of strength to sustain you when your spirit wears thin

I wish to be the dancing goddess upon your pulse
I wish to be the goddess of life guarding your heartbeat
I wish to be the vast firmament that holds your deepest affection.

I, in the name of love
In every moment and space you need me
I follow you as light
— I am with you

I may take any form
Close as your shadow
— I am with you
