Το Myrό Antiques House ανακοινώνει με ιδιαίτερη χαρά τη διοργάνωση της 103ης Τακτικής Δημοπρασίας Τέχνης και Αντικών, η οποία θα πραγματοποιηθεί τη Δευτέρα 3 Αυγούστου 2026, στις εγκαταστάσεις του Οίκου στη Σουρωτή Θεσσαλονίκης.
Η δημοπρασία περιλαμβάνει μια ξεχωριστή επιλογή έργων τέχνης, αντικών, κοσμημάτων, συλλεκτικών αντικειμένων, χαρακτικών και διακοσμητικών τεχνών, προσφέροντας στο κοινό και στους συλλέκτες τη δυνατότητα να αποκτήσουν αντικείμενα ιδιαίτερης αισθητικής και ιστορικής αξίας.

Δεκάδες λαχνοί θα διατεθούν με τιμή εκκίνησης μόλις 10 ευρώ, δίνοντας τη δυνατότητα τόσο σε νέους όσο και σε έμπειρους συλλέκτες να συμμετάσχουν ενεργά στη διαδικασία της δημοπρασίας.
Η φιλοσοφία του Οίκου βασίζεται στη διαφάνεια και στην ανοιχτή συμμετοχή του κοινού. Για τον λόγο αυτό, η Τιμή Εκκίνησης ταυτίζεται με το Reserve Price, χωρίς κρυφά όρια πώλησης ή περιορισμούς, εξασφαλίζοντας μια απολύτως καθαρή και δημόσια διαδικασία πλειοδοσίας.

Επισκόπηση των Αντικειμένων πριν τη Δημοπρασία
Τα αντικείμενα της δημοπρασίας εκτίθενται στον χώρο του Οίκου έως και έναν μήνα πριν τη διεξαγωγή της, δίνοντας τη δυνατότητα στους ενδιαφερόμενους να τα εξετάσουν από κοντά κατόπιν ραντεβού.
Παράλληλα, όλα τα έργα και τα αντικείμενα παρουσιάζονται αναλυτικά στην ιστοσελίδα του Οίκου, με: τιμές εκκίνησης, φωτογραφίες υψηλής ανάλυσης, λεπτομερείς περιγραφές και συμπληρωματικές πληροφορίες.
Ο Οίκος συνιστά στους ενδιαφερόμενους να μελετούν προσεκτικά τα αντικείμενα πριν τη συμμετοχή τους στη δημοπρασία και να επικοινωνούν για τυχόν διευκρινίσεις ή εξειδικευμένες ερωτήσεις.
Διαδικασία Συμμετοχής
Οι συμμετέχοντες θα πρέπει:
- να έχουν μαζί τους αστυνομική ταυτότητα ή διαβατήριο, να προσέρχονται τουλάχιστον 30 λεπτά πριν την έναρξη,
- και να ολοκληρώνουν εγκαίρως τη διαδικασία εγγραφής.
Οι συμμετέχοντες μέσω “MAKEOFFER” θα πρέπει:
- να μας έχουν στείλει συμπληρωμένη τη φόρμα συμμετοχής τους στο [email protected] μέχρι και μία ημέρα πριν τη δημοπρασία.
Τα αντικείμενα που θα αποκτηθούν μπορούν να παραληφθούν εντός της εβδομάδας που ακολουθεί τη δημοπρασία.
Η ΕΙΣΟΔΟΣ είναι ΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΗ για το κοινό, ακόμη και για όσους επιθυμούν απλώς να παρακολουθήσουν τη διαδικασία.

The auction will feature a distinguished selection of fine art, antiques, jewelry, collectible objects, prints, and decorative arts, offering collectors and art enthusiasts the opportunity to acquire objects of exceptional aesthetic and historical value.

Dozens of lots will be offered with starting bids from only €10, encouraging both new and experienced collectors to actively participate in the auction process.
The philosophy of the House is based on transparency and open public participation. For this reason, the Starting Price is identical to the Reserve Price, with no hidden selling limits or restrictions, ensuring a completely transparent and public bidding procedure.

Preview of Auction Items Prior to the Sale
The auction items are exhibited at the House premises up to one month prior to the auction, allowing interested parties to examine them in person by appointment.
At the same time, all artworks and objects are presented in detail on the House website, including:starting prices,high-resolution photographs,detailed descriptions,and supplementary information.
The House strongly recommends that interested bidders carefully review the items before participating in the auction and contact the House for any clarifications or specialized inquiries.
Participation Procedure
Participants attending the auction in person are requested to:
- bring a valid ID card or passport,
- arrive at least 30 minutes before the auction begins, and complete the registration process in due time.
Participants using the “MAKE OFFER” service must:
- submit their completed participation form to [email protected] no later than one day prior to the auction.
Purchased items may be collected within the week following the auction.
ADMISSION is FREE for the public, including visitors who simply wish to observe the auction process.
