We can never forget you our beloved poetess
Love, beauty and compassion were your fortress
You were the beloved and darling of everyone
All of us were fans of you, you too dislike none.
There was a sweet word LOVE which connected us
Poetry remains the medium through which we discuss
The delicate and fragile issues made us never nervous
So sweetheart and generous were you for us
The cold hands of death has untimely snatched you away
You have left this world but in our hearts you still stay
We will remember you always, when we sincerely pray
Jeanette Eureka Tiburcio your poetry will give us light
You were that beacon to us who made our lives bright
It is said, “You will be out of mind, if you go out of sight”
But I’m sure, in dark also you will shine like moonlight
