العنوان :(اليوم في وقتنا هذا… ليس زمناً عابراً، بل لحظة إعادة تشكيل النظام العالمي الجديد).
من خلال ما استنتجه واقوم بتحليله ، فهنالك نظام يتشكل وانتم نائمون ، فنحن لسنا نعيش “أحداثاً”، بل نعيش مرحلة انتقالية تُعاد فيها صياغة مفهوم القوة، والسيادة، والنظام العالمي نفسه. فمع كل ما يحدث من وقائع وأمور ، إلا ان اغلبيتها مرتبطة بالمصالح العالمية .
أما الخطأ الأكبر في قراءة الحاضر هو التعامل معه كوقائع منفصلة ، بينما الحقيقة أنه جزء من مسار طويل يعيد فيه تشكيل العالم من جذوره.
“اليوم في وقتنا هذا” هو لحظة تفكك بطيء للنظام القديم ولكن بتكتيكات سريعة أشبه بغسل الدماغ ، ذلك النظام الذي تأسس بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية ، وترسّخ عبر هيمنة قطب واحد بعد سقوط الاتحاد السوفيتي.
هذا النظام لم يعد قادراً على احتواء التوازنات الجديدة، لأن أدواته نفسها أصبحت قديمة أمام واقع متغير.
وإتفاقيته أغلبها أصبح ماض كحبر على ورق ،
ما نشهده اليوم ليس صراع قوى فقط، بل صراع “نماذج”:
نموذج الهيمنة التقليدية
مقابل نموذج التعددية القطبية ، وبينهما فراغ تحاول قوى صاعدة ملأه
في هذا السياق ، يتحول “وقتنا هذا” إلى مساحة اختبار:
اختبار لقدرة الدول على إعادة تعريف نفوذها،
واختبار لقدرة الشعوب على التكيّف مع عالم لا تحكمه قواعد ثابتة. وما نقصده انصياعات وخلق بيئة متحكمة أكثر ومشددة مع قوانين لم تكن في الحسبان .
النظام العالمي الجديد لا يُبنى بقرار ، بل يتشكّل عبر التراكم.
فكل توتر، وكل تحالف، وكل انهيار اقتصادي جزئي ، ما هو إلا حجر في هذا البناء الغير معلن.
لكن الأخطر من ذلك، أن هذا التحول لا يحدث فقط في السياسة العالمية والجزئية ، بل في:
مفهوم الاقتصاد (من العولمة إلى التكتلات)
مفهوم القوة (من العسكرية إلى التكنولوجية)
مفهوم السيادة (من الحدود إلى النفوذ غير المباشر)
“فوقتنا الآن” هو لحظة انتقال من عالم واضح المعالم إلى عالم تسوده ضبابية أما بالخفاء فهو رؤيا شاملة لحياتك ، حيث لا يوجد مركز واحد ، بل مراكز متعددة تتصارع دون حسم.
ومن يقرأ هذه المرحلة بعقلية الماضي ، سيجد نفسه خارج المستقبل.
أما من يفهم أن ما يحدث ليس فوضى ، بل إعادة ترتيب وتدوير للتراتبية والانظمة نفسها التي تكون محسنة ،
فهو وحده القادر على التمركز داخل النظام القادم ، لا على هامشه.
النظام العالمي الجديد لن يُعلن عنه،
بل سيجد العالم بأسره أن نفسه داخله فجأة…
بعد أن يكون “وقتنا الآن” قد أدى مهمته بصمت.
Today, in our time… not a passing phase, but a moment of reshaping the new world order
From what I have deduced and analyzed, a new order is taking shape while you sleep. We are not experiencing “events,” but rather a transitional phase in which the concepts of power, sovereignty, and the world order itself are being redefined. Despite all the events and developments, the majority are linked to global interests.
The biggest mistake in interpreting the present is treating it as isolated events, when in reality it is part of a long process that is fundamentally reshaping the world.
“Today, in our time” is a moment of slow disintegration of the old order, but with rapid tactics akin to brainwashing. This is the order that was established after World War II and consolidated through the hegemony of a single superpower after the collapse of the Soviet Union.
This order is no longer capable of containing the new balances of power because its very tools have become obsolete in the face of a changing reality. And most of its agreements have become mere ink on paper.
What we are witnessing today is not just a struggle of powers, but a clash of “models”:
The traditional hegemonic model
versus the multipolar model, with a void between them that rising powers are attempting to fill.
In this context, “our time” is becoming a testing ground:
A test of the ability of states to redefine their influence,
And a test of the ability of peoples to adapt to a world not governed by fixed rules. What we mean is compliance and the creation of a more controlling and stringent environment with unforeseen laws.
The new world order is not built by decree, but rather takes shape through accumulation.
Every tension, every alliance, every partial economic collapse is but a brick in this undeclared structure. But more dangerous than that, this transformation isn’t just happening in global and micro-politics, but also in:
The concept of economics (from globalization to blocs)
The concept of power (from military to technological)
The concept of sovereignty (from borders to indirect influence)
“Our time now” is a moment of transition from a clearly defined world to one shrouded in ambiguity. Hidden within it lies a comprehensive vision of your life, where there is no single center, but multiple centers vying for dominance without resolution.
Those who interpret this phase with a mindset rooted in the past will find themselves excluded from the future.
However, those who understand that what is happening is not chaos, but rather a rearrangement and restructuring of the same hierarchies and systems, albeit in an improved form,
are the only ones capable of positioning themselves within the coming order, not on its margins.
The new world order will not be announced;
but the entire world will suddenly find itself within it…
after “Our time now” has silently fulfilled its purpose. Good morning to all of you.
