The longing to know drifts
between distant shores,
where thought has turned to dust
and silence keeps
the echoes of what was.
Mystery sinks deeper
into the wounds of summer,
through cracks of restless light
where time still trembles
and refuses to disappear.
Something remains—
a breath,
a shadow on the water,
a name the waves
could never wash away.
Between absence and return,
memory rises again,
fragile and untamed,
carrying what the heart
was never able to forget.
And still it sails,
beyond the edge of silence,
toward that distant place
where everything was lost—
and nothing
was ever truly gone.
